The information provided on this site is in Romanian, without excluding their presentation in other languages. The sales contract is concluded in Romanian.

The distance contract is concluded between ISOGREEN TM SRL, as a seller and a consumer – buyer, within the framework of this sales system organized by ISOGREEN TM SRL, using exclusively, before and at the conclusion of this contract, the remote communication technique contained in the online shop;
The moment of the conclusion of the distance contract with the natural person, respectively, of the conclusion of the sales contract with the legal person, is the moment of receipt of the confirmation message by the consumer, regarding his order.

Subsequent to the processing of the order by ISOGREEN TM SRL, we do not assume any liability arising from the transmission by you of your order. erroneous data.
With regard to the relevant codes of conduct, according to Art. 8 lit. e) of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Law 363/2007 on combating unfair practices, please consult the specific legislation posted on the ANPC website, section “Regulatory acts”.
The provisions of this distance contract are also supplemented with the law 365/2002 on electronic commerce republished and amended and with GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

ISOGREEN TM SRL accepts the conclusion of distance contracts by electronic means and thus undertakes to comply with the legislation applicable to the conclusion, validity and legal effects of these contracts. Throughout this document, the following capitalized terms shall, unless the context indicates otherwise, have the meanings specified below:
USER: any person who visits and/or interacts with the ISOGREEN TM SRL website, www.isogreen.eu
SELLER: ISOGREEN TM SRL based in Turnu Magurele, Strada 1 Mai, Bl. F 23, Sc 1, Et 1, Ap 4, Jud. Teleorman, 145200, with unique registration code: 37543952, registration number at ONRC: J34/284/10.05.2017, telephone number: +40 771 083 976, email office@isogreen.eu, hereinafter referred to as ISOGREEN TM SRL.
PURCHASER: Any natural or legal person who places an order in the online shop www.isogreen.eu and who has accepted the terms and conditions of this remote contract.
ONLINE SHOP: web pages belonging to ISOGREEN TM SRL located at www.isogreen.eu, through which the buyer has access to information on products offered for sale by ISOGREEN TM SRL. In the ISOGREEN TM SRL online shop, products made in ISOGREEN TM SRL’s own production units or distributed by ISOGREEN TM SRL are available for sale. Depending on availability, products may have several statuses.
GOODS: products made available to the buyer for sale by the seller through the online store ISOGREEN TM SRL.
ONLINE ORDER: online communication between seller and buyer, whereby the buyer intends to purchase goods from the seller, which the seller agrees to deliver and the buyer agrees to pay for. For products that are not in the current stock of goods, the seller can produce them or order them from the supplier, following the customer’s request in the store, but the delivery time for such orders exceeds the normal delivery time of 24 h – 5 days;
CONFIRMED ORDER: order placed online through the online shop www.isogreen.eu by a buyer whose identification data and details of his order have been validated by phone following the contact between him and the ISOGREEN TM SRL operator. NEW CUSTOMER: customer who intends to purchase products from the ISOGREEN TM SRL online store for the first time and who requires a telephone validation of the order made by the customer support operator designated by ISOGREEN TM SRL.
Opening hours:
Orders can be placed online at any time, but the order processing period runs daily from 9am to 5pm.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If the customer is new, the seller assumes acceptance of the order from the buyer when there is a confirmation by phone or e-mail.
Once the online order has been placed, the buyer agrees to the form of further communication (telephone or electronic) and the seller’s mode of operation.
Obligations of the seller:
The seller provides the buyer, free of charge, with professional information on its products and services, in order to achieve the purpose mentioned in the online order. The content published in the ISOGREEN TM SRL online store is indicative and presents information about the products marketed by it, as well as other data considered by ISOGREEN TM SRL as being of interest to the BUYERS.
ISOGREEN TM SRL is the owner of all intellectual property rights on the online store, namely on the trademarks, design, site functionalities, images and technical specifications.
The characteristics of the products and their technical documentation presented on the website are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers, and ISOGREEN TM SRL provides technical support for their display.
The seller constantly endeavours to present the most accurate and relevant information for the products offered for sale. If prices or other product information have been incorrectly displayed, we reserve the right not to honour the order and to notify the customer of the error if delivery has not been made.
The images of the products are displayed in the online shop for presentation purposes. The products actually ordered may differ in some characteristics (e.g. colour shades) from the actual appearance of the product, depending on the batch in which they were manufactured.
In order to carry out the remote contract in good conditions, ISOGREEN TM SRL, based on the agreement expressed by the customer, may contact the customer by e-mail or telephone, if following the interaction with the website he fills in the identification and contact data. The purpose for which the customer will be contacted is to expressly request any information for the successful completion of the online ordering process.
At the request and with the consent of the consumer, ISOGREEN TM SRL may recommend to the buyer the purchase of another product of equivalent quality and price to that requested in the first order. The initial order is considered cancelled on the date of the order confirmation of the product(s) replacing the initial product.
All prices for goods in the online shop are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. The prices of the products can be updated daily.
The price of the ordered product is the one displayed at the date of placing the order.
Promotions are valid:
– for limited periods of time, specified on the product presentation page of the online shop;
– within the limits of available stocks. Products, prices and stock availability information are displayed in the ISOGREEN TM SRL online shop. ISOGREEN TM SRL can not be held responsible for damages created by the information published in the online shop due to errors that do not belong to it.
ISOGREEN TM SRL reserves the right to complete and/or modify any information in the online shop without prior notice to the users of the website.
Communication with the online shop www.isogreen.eu is done at the time of interaction, by publishing opinions on ISOGREEN TM SRL products and services, via the contact form available, via e-mail office@isogreen.eu and/or by phone on 0771 083 876. ISOGREEN TM SRL reserves the right to contact the visitor of the online shop by e-mail or telephone if, after interacting with the site, he fills in the identification and contact data and expressly requests any type of available information.
Ordering process
The customer can launch an online order from the product listing page or the individual product page and complete the order after selecting a payment and delivery method.
The products added to the shopping cart do not entail the registration of the order or the reservation in the store of the goods added to the cart.
For the successful completion of the order process the customer assumes that all contact details provided by the customer are complete and correct. If applicable, for the successful completion of the order the buyer may be contacted by the seller by available means agreed by the seller once the contact details have been provided.
For an online order with delivery by courier, whose shipping cost exceeds 100 lei, customers will be contacted by the ISOGREEN TM SRL Customer Support operator for telephone confirmation of the order.

The cost of transport will be calculated according to the quantity, distance and mode of transport chosen by the buyer. When placing the order, the buyer will be contacted by the Customer Support operator to establish details and confirm shipping costs. In the case of this product, the order is considered confirmed when the shipping costs are accepted by email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the buyer in one of the following cases:
– If the payment has not been accepted by the payment processor approved by ISOGREEN TM SRL – the data provided by the customer is incorrect/incomplete;
– The card/transaction is not accepted by the issuing bank;
– Payment made by PO (bank transfer/internet banking), not made within 3 working days;
– Delivery by courier/carrier/means of transport ISOGREEN TM SRL was not possible (ex. the customer cannot be reached by the courier by telephone and/or physically at the address indicated for delivery of the purchased goods, etc.);
– If the price of the product is derisory (as defined in Art. 1665 of the Civil Code)
In case of cancellation of the order, neither party will claim/claim damages.
According to GEO no. 34/2014 the buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days after its conclusion. More details on this can be found here.
In the ISOGREEN TM SRL online shop, products are displayed with several types of availability, depending on which products can be ordered online.
In order to optimize the online ordering service, ISOGREEN TM SRL reserves the right to restrict customer access to certain online shop facilities, such as the impossibility of completing an online order if the customer has not created a user account.
Also, some facilities, made available to customers in the online store, such as delivery and payment methods, may be conditioned/restricted depending on other conditions related to stock and specific delivery methods.
For justified reasons, related to the damage caused to the company, ISOGREEN TM SRL may restrict the access of some customers to certain facilities made available in the online store, such as payment and delivery methods. For more specific details on the reasons for these measures, customers can contact Customer Support.
In case of online orders with pick-up from ISOGREEN TM SRL, the optimal time for pick-up is 48h in calendar days, from the moment of invoicing and preparation of the products. ISOGREEN TM SRL agrees that, for online orders with Pickup, the pickup of products already paid for will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of written information (e-mail/SMS/telephone) that the ordered products have been invoiced and can be picked up from the premises. If the products are not picked up within 14 calendar days at the latest, as well as due to the fact that ISOGREEN TM SRL cannot ensure a permanent stock of the product nor its storage beyond the aforementioned term, the order will be considered as cancelled and the amount paid in advance will be returned to the Customer, to the account from which the payment was made.
In the case of orders paid electronically, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by the Buyer, such as transaction fees, currency conversion fees (if payment is not made in lei) applied by the bank issuing the card. Responsibility for this action rests solely with the Buyer. The entire responsibility lies with the customer and any disputes will be settled between the customer and the card issuing bank.
Intellectual property law
The content of the ISOGREEN TM SRL website including, but not limited to, graphics, names, trademarks (such as, for example: ISOGREEN TM SRL website and company name, symbols, images, texts, multimedia files) are the property of ISOGREEN TM SRL SRL and may not be taken and/or used without the prior written consent of the owner.
Visitors to this site may copy information from this site for personal, non-commercial use only and without deletion or modification. Modification or use of the materials on this site for purposes other than informational purposes, i.e. use as a customer, is strictly prohibited.
By accessing this site, visitors agree that any names, logos, trademarks or service marks, texts, documents and media files presented on this site are owned by ISOGREEN TM SRL and may not be used by the user, except for informational purposes. ISOGREEN TM SRL cannot be liable for damages resulting from the loss of the purchased goods or from the use of the Goods after delivery, except for the legal and conventional guarantees granted.

The customer confirms that he/she accepts these terms and conditions by ticking the “I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox. The concluded distance contract is carried out under the terms and conditions valid at the date of the agreement of wills.

The Buyer shall not disclose to third parties, by any means, any information of a private nature received from the Seller, under penalty of the Seller being liable to pay damages.
The seller reserves the right to use the information provided by the buyer for the purpose of the remote contract. The Buyer shall also not disclose any information about the order to any third party without the written consent of the Seller.
The seller reserves the right, subject to the user’s consent, to store and use for its own purposes, for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities, any information provided by the buyer through the website www.isogreen.eu. He will also not provide any third party with the information received from the buyer, except for the approved partners, service providers with whom there is a contract protecting the data received from the buyer.

Invoicing and issuing documents accompanying the parcel
The seller will issue an invoice for the delivered goods on the basis of the information held by the seller and provided by the buyer. Also, the parcel/goods will be accompanied by the documentation sent by the supplier and required by law for the product(s) ordered, as appropriate: certificate/statement of conformity, warranty certificate, instructions for use, etc.
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.isogreen.eu include VAT according to the legislation in force.
The customer is obliged to provide complete and correct data, necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force. In this regard, ISOGREEN TM SRL will not ask the customer, through the forms present on the site, other information of a confidential nature than those necessary for issuing the invoice, delivery of products or completion of the online ordering process.
ISOGREEN TM SRL will send the customer the invoice related to the order, both in electronic format, available online in “Customer Account” and in physical format, once the Goods are delivered. Thus, the customer has the possibility to have a record of the invoices issued.
In order to successfully complete the online ordering process, the customer is obliged to update the personal information in his/her account.
If the invoice is not available in the customer’s account, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, the customer is requested to send a complaint to office@isogree.eu.
Risks and responsibilities
The seller is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods. The technical documentation of the products is posted on the website.
The risk of loss of the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are actually handed over.
The seller assumes responsibility for the delivery of products ordered by the buyer.
Delivery and acceptance of goods
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods by means of approved courier companies/approved carriers or ISOGREEN TM SRL means of transport to the Buyer or in the system of Reservation at the Customer’s choice.
The delivery of goods is made only on Romanian territory.
The Buyer has the right not to accept the delivered goods if they do not comply with the technical details specified on the product page. In this case, the Seller assumes responsibility for bringing the products into conformity.
The buyer will take possession of the goods after signing the transport document and making the payment (if it has not been previously made by card or bank transfer) to the courier or ISOGREEN TM SRL staff.
Also the consumer (natural person) has the right to return the products within 14 days of purchase.
Return policy for individuals/companies
ISOGREEN TM SRL offers its customers a product return service in accordance with internal policy and current legislation.
ISOGREEN TM SRL reserves the right to refuse a return if the return criteria are not fully met.
It is provided under the conditions that:
We do not accept the return of used products or products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, products with missing accessories.
The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer and the reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation and only by bank transfer.
Adjustment of return amounts
– In cash, for amounts paid in cash at the premises;
Note: In the case of legal entity clients, a receipt must be issued by them for the cash refund (according to OMFP no. 2634/2015), otherwise the amount will be refunded through the bank;
– By bank transfer, for payments made by bank (O.P.), including those paid by bank card (in the case of a request for return at a date subsequent to the sale);
– By sending to the bank the request for cancellation/refund of the transaction, if the payment was made by bank card (if the goods are returned on the same day the payment was made or in all cases where the goods were purchased with payment in instalments – by credit card).
Processing of personal data
ISOGREEN TM SRL processes personal data in accordance with the legal provisions for:
– performance of the contract concluded with you, which includes the return of products/refund of sums following acceptance of the return service, in accordance with the legal provisions/conditions mentioned above;
– for compliance with legal rules, regulations.
If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the conditions for return mentioned above, ISOGREEN TM SRL employees will proceed to the preparation of the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return invoice/forward, clearing provision, payment provision, receipt). The data required for the preparation of the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, address, bank account, if applicable. We will use personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents in accordance with the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide these details, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions outlined above, as we cannot comply with tax legislation.
Forta majora
Force majeure (unforeseeable, uncontrollable and unavoidable event affecting the performance of the contract) exempts the party invoking it from liability.
Litigation. Applicable law
Contractual relations between the parties are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts.
