Applications of the ISOGREEN FCH 100 cellulose fibre insulation system include: interior insulation, roof insulation, attic insulation, insulation of uninhabited attics, insulation of wooden houses, insulation of houses on metal or masonry structure, insulation of industrial premises (e.g. warehouses, warehouses), insulation of outbuildings (e.g. garages).
The analysis and installation work is carried out by the ISOGREEN ROMANIA team and consists of several stages, which you can see below.
A team of specialists will come to you to carry out a free analysis of the space to be insulated, and based on the report generated with high-performance software programs, unique in the thermal insulation market, to determine the insulation material required. It will be generated according to the surface area, the thickness of the layer required, the density required for high performance which can vary between 40 and 60 kg/m3 and the type of vapour barrier film (if applicable).
The cost will be determined on the basis of the parameters identified and constitutes a customised offer for each individual work, as the variables in such situations are multiple, and the advancement of costs without a preliminary analysis cannot be carried out in a professional manner, given that our mission is to carry out qualitative, sustainable and efficient works. What we can say is that the performance of cellulose fibre insulation is far superior to conventional types of insulation materials on the market, and the costs are competitive and many times lower.
In the preliminary preparation phase, a construction engineer and two specialists from ISOGREEN Romania will come to your site and install the necessary equipment for the execution of the cellulose fibre insulation work, prepare the surface according to the situation, and execute the work based on the data generated in the analysis report and with the help of the ISOGREEN MAXXBlow blowing machine.
The injection of the material will be controlled, ISOGREEN has high performance cellulose fibre blowing equipment that can easily monitor the amount of material used, the amount of air as well as its density in the injection space. Basically, we have control over the quality of the work we carry out, thus achieving an optimal distribution of insulation material according to need, thus reducing your costs. Cellulose fibres will easily reach into any space or narrow area, leaving no air gaps or joints as with mineral wool. This forms an airtight cellulose blanket, providing an effective sound-thermal barrier.
In order to be able to easily see the results of our services, we will carry out a new thermal imaging camera analysis during the acceptance phase of the work to demonstrate the efficiency of the insulation installed.
We can grow together! You can become an ISOGREEN installer or distributor. You will benefit from preferential prices on our products, training and free advice.
