Through this website, we collect several types of information and data in three distinct ways: directly from the user, from traffic reports recorded by the servers that host our website, and through cookies.
Information provided directly by the user:
- We ask for and collect personal data such as first and last name, email address and/or phone number provided when you fill out the contact form directly on our website or when you create a customer account. We use this data to be able to respond to your email or telephone message and provide you with additional information about our products and services.
- We ask for and collect personal data such as first and last name, address, phone number, email address and billing data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations.
- When you leave comments on the site, we collect the data requested and shown in the form, as well as your IP address and the user agent string in your browser to help us detect spam. In this case, you do not have to use your real or full name and the email address you provide will not be published on the site. An anonymised string (also called a hash) created from your email addresses can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.
- We assure you that we will store your personal data securely on our server or on the email platforms you use.
Information from the server traffic report:
- When you access a website, this involves automatically providing information such as your IP address, time of visit, where you came from, device used, browser type and version used, operating system or platform used. We record and store this information for a fixed period of time. In this regard, we use external services – Google Analytics, Google Search Console – only for the purpose of analyzing and reporting anonymous user templates. We do not use traffic data to identify people behind IP addresses.
Information from cookies:
- Cookies are “.txt” files, provided to the user’s browser by a web server and then stored on the device used to access the site. The use of cookies is a current standard used by most websites you visit.
- Most browsers are set to accept cookies. Cookies allow us, for example, to save the data you fill in a form so that you don’t have to enter it again the next time you visit and want to contact us via a form. However, if you don’t want to, you can reset your browser, be notified or even refuse the use of cookies.
- Our website uses cookies to distinguish between different users who have visited our site so that we can offer them personalised services.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can opt to have your name, email address and website saved in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill them in again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.
When you log in, we will also set some cookies to save your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are kept for two days, and cookies for on-screen display options are kept for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login cookies will be stored for two weeks. If you log out of your account, your login cookies will be deleted.
